As a member commented ” What an awesome day out”

The club held its first trip for 2025 last weekend, with a day drive through Mt Dissapointment State Forest, Kinglake National Park and Mt Roberston Recreational Area.
It was a cracking day with warm temps, and little wind.
We met at Kemps Bakery, Wandong before entering the forest in a convoy of 9 vehicles ranging from standard, to tourer spec and beyond.

Three vehicles for the club gearded up for the CSR taking in Yulara, Great Central Road, Heather Hwy and the GunBarrel Hwy to Wiluna. Then commenced the CSR which had been planned well in advance. Rain to the north of the track meant a detour was made at well 22 to Queen desert baths and a large drive to Halls creek via Broome.
